EVALUATION OF TRAINING

Evaluation of training is essential to maintain validity and ensure that what is being delivered is what is needed. HKB staff are highly experienced in evaluation techniques that are "fit for purpose".  Our internal and external course validation strategies provide the appropriate levels of qualitative and quantitative information to enable improvement and not just a "happy tick sheet" questionnaire which rarely draws out meaningful qualitative responses. External validation should identify how well the training provided is effectively applied and perceived (e.g. contribution to bottom line) in the work place. 

TRAINING AUDIT

Our basic audit will assess your training policies and procedures, and validate them against the staff understanding and application with respect to training management, delivery and evaluation. HKB will then identify and agree areas of improvement and provide or adivise an implementation plan/strategy to improve staff awareness as appropriate.
