HKB provide Instructional Design and Blended Learning training solutions starting from the Training Analysis stage.
HKB Training use the tried and tested systems approach to training i.e. (Analysis, Design, Delivery and Evaluation) to ensure that the solution satisfies the need within the resource constraints. Training analysis is the process which commences with job analysis of a specified job or capability, from which achievable objectives are derived and training solutions (methods and media) identified and agreed with the client e.g. Training Needs Analysis(TNA). Implementation of the training analysis recommendations involves instructional design which can consist of either a blended learning or traditional course delivery solution which will be detailed within the agreed training plan. This approach ensures that the training will be effective (focused on the need) and efficient (optimium use of resources), with the audit trail back to the analysis, whilst the plan provides the essential training management tool.
